Small-group FSL tutoring is $25 CAD per 30-minute session. Private French conversation/tutoring is $30 CAD per 30-minute session.
Payment is required before the appointment is confirmed. After payment, the customer receives a scheduling link.
Customers may request one rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be treated as used sessions unless an exception is appropriate.
Refunds are handled according to the applicable policy and law. Nothing here is intended to remove a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A parent or legal guardian must arrange bookings for learners under 18.
Clients and learners are expected to communicate respectfully. Unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or inappropriate conduct may result in ending a session or declining future bookings.
Tutoring is educational support and does not guarantee a particular outcome.
