Parent/guardian involvement
Parents or legal guardians should arrange bookings for minors and remain available for service-related communication.
Professional boundaries
Communication with minors should remain directly related to tutoring. Private, secret, inappropriate or sexualized communication is not permitted.
Online lessons
Families are encouraged to use an appropriate home learning environment and the safety settings of the video platform.
Recording
Sessions should not be recorded without appropriate consent and a clear educational/business purpose.
Concerns
Parents/guardians should report safety or conduct concerns promptly through the business contact channel. Emergencies should be directed to emergency services.
